Old antique vintage 1920's bell for telephone in garage
In very good condition with wiring; works great.
This bell was leased from "Ma" Bell Telephone Company from
1928-1990. It had been used for many years
in a garage attached to a coin operated
phone that required 5 cents ( a nickel) in order to make a call.
Warning: these bells ring very loud.
They could be hooked up to your phone and used in various places
such as a large building, an outdoor area, a barn or garage at a farm,
in the country or similar locations--
anywhere you might need to have a very loud ringer.

iron frame housing:
11" height
3 mounting holes in frame
stamped on back of frame are serial numbers:
"P211280" and
"392L" (in red)
2 steel bells:
6" bell width
13" from bell to bell (width)
transformer is 5" diameter
condensor is 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"
