Paypal Smart Connect payment not processing. Payment made 4-27-16.
Money was withdrawn/deducted from bank account on 4-28-16.
May 1, 2016 (5-1-16) payment still not completed.
Shows "processing" in account as of May 1, 2016.

I call paypal about this on May 1, 2016.

Representative says "Allow up to May 4, 2016 for this payment to be
processed. You should allow up to 7 days after payment is made in order
for it to be completed".

I am not happy with Paypal Smart Connect.
They have already received their money 4 days ago out
of my bank account and have not credited my account.
Now I am expected to wait an additional 3 days for the payment
to be applied and shown as paid in my account.
