I sell many items on consignment and the original owner of the items cannot be paid until the buyer leaves positive feedback.
If the buyer hasn't left feedback the money in my account is held up for 6 six months because the buyer can file
a claim, legitimate or not, and the total amount (item cost plus shipping) is held and deducted from the seller's (my) account.
