Cancellation Policy
Booking, Deposit and CANCELLATION NOTICE
There is a 3 hour minimum required on each booking.
There is a 50% deposit required to book a session.
We require 48 hours notification in the event of a cancelled session.
Deposits are non refundable.
With proper notice we can, and will, apply your deposit toward your next session.
Release of Masters and Mixes
No master sessions files, mixes, roughs, etc. will be released under any circumstances until payment is made in full on the TOTAL session invoicing. Rough mixes will only be released if payments to the studio are current on the date of the request at the discretion of the studio owner or manager. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pay your bill, and we give you everything you want- simple:) ...
